10 & 12 berth boats offer excellent opportunities for groups of students to learn to live and work together. Bunk beds and separate bedrooms can accommodate staff and students. Each boat has 2 toilets and a shower and a modern galley. From WW in Rugby you are offered the opportunity to travel around the area visiting local attractions that offer great educational experiences, Warwick Castle, Cadburys World, Stoke Bruerne Museum and Drayton Manor Theme Park. The journey offers an insight to the realities and history of the industrial revolution and the expansion of the inland waterways network 1780- present day. The canal environment offers a wide and varied experience linked to a variety of curriculum areas, History, Geography, Science and Technology, Art and English. The trip promotes Physical education 100 locks and 100 miles cruising and Food technology as the students can get involved in preparing and catering for the whole group.
